What I did was blocked him with Rush's union, wiped out the soldiers in the first couple turns while building morale on the important guys and conserving AP where I could, summoned Namul, hit him with Ex Machina, then waited. After he gets into a low enough range, he'll start using Iron Will every 3rd turn or so, so you can time it to make sure that he's only being deadlocked with one union with the rest on standby/healing/stand your ground, autoflank commands like "Strike from the sides" (a little risky since he'll probably kill the sacrifice union, then kill anyone who was attempting to come in to flank like that), or long range attacking.

Use that to your advantage to wipe out the supporting unions first. Until he starts getting lower on HP, he'll use Stun Trap V instead of attacking. Ideally, you'll get a summon from either Rush or Emmy, which will make the battle a ton easier. The more unions you have attacking him, the more flanking and avoidance of his bullshit instant KO you have. On the more positive side, I love the Lugh's Revenge attack that Torgal picked up from another Base boss. When he's feeling really comedic, he will just kill the leaders of each union, leaving all the rest botched and helpless. The boss will cast Iron Will and then proceed to insta-kill all my guys.
